General conditions

Dear Guest,

Please follow the rules listed below:

We ask you to respect basic standards of cleanliness and noise level. If we receive complaints, you will be given a warning. Further complaints are subject to the termination of stay. We reserve the right to end a reservation if a guest becomes a disturbance/nuisance to others, including management.

 

DURING YOUR STAY:

  1. Pay particular attention to limiting noise between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  2. Smoking is completely forbidden inside the apartment.
  3. No cigarette buts, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occour for any blockage.
  4. Pets are allowed provided that this was agreed upon reservation.
  5. The washing machine can be used on demand.
  6. Garbage needs to be split into organic and non-organic and disposed of appropriately
  7. To respect the environment please use lights and electricity responsibly
  8. We will hold you responsible for any loss or damage caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us, on demand, an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such loss or damage caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.

Check-in & check-out

CHECK-IN: Upon arrival, we require an ID (identity card, passport or license) which will be promptly returned to you. Your data is processed in accordance with the current privacy policy. Its use is reserved only for the relative request of availability/reservation, your data will not be transferred to third parties and you may request the deletion, at any time.

KEYS: The keys will be handed over to the guest after payment and administration. Please lock your apartment on your way out and keep the set of keys for the duration of your stay. The cost for replacement of lost apartment keys or damaged locks is applicable. To a total amount of 50EUR

CHECK-OUT: Checkout is before 11:00 (am) on the departure day. Please tell us in advance if you require a later Checkout and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. We would like to inform you that if the apartment is not vacated on time, you will be charged an additional day of stay. Hand over the keys to the owner of the apartment, before your departure, in order to facilitate the arrival of the next tenants. We kindly ask you to leave all the crockery clean.

Cleaning and complaints

CLEANLINESS OF THE PROPERTY: Our apartments are delivered clean and tidy.
Change of bed linen and towels: Guests will find all the clean linen on arrival. Linen change is done once a week. If you want the linen changed more frequently – the service is charged. If you want a midweek cleaning service you can request this at a cost starting from €15.00.

COMPLAINTS: For any complaints you may contact us. Any claims for facts or events causing significant damage, or claiming compensation for any damage received, must be notified before departure.

OTHER: We can’t be held responsible for any lack of service due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, Internet and heating that are not within our control.
