During the journey lasting three hours, there will be explained the ingredients and all the special tricks to make your dishes; will follow the preparation of the following course:

– preparation of a pasta;
– second fish course with side dishes of seasonal vegetables;
Since we will use local products and related to seasonality, the menu will be decided upon the day before with clients. After the lesson, we will accommodate all together and we will enjoy everything that he prepared, all accompanied by local white and red wines and, like any good after a meal worthy of respect, after dessert limoncello, made by us in the house.
